if you are reading this you're probably lost and should turn back now!

are you even a nimbi? I don't understand.
I am pretty sure you have argued for some pretty yimbi polices before...
honestly, probably even farther than even I would go. lol

though, tbf, he doesn't need to raise them.

merely mentioning that he is raising them is enough to fuck with the market.

which used to be a reason we despised that kinda shit.

turns out, training an AI based on emotional outbursts from their creator is probably not the wisest of decisions.
July 12, 2025 at 9:35 PM
food for thought. for people that argue for single payer. with no other option on the market, remember, Trump would likely largely be deciding how much healthcare you deserve now.

really, from the exclusivity of specific groups, or verification technology, the site is just better for people who just want to fine things they are personally interested in.
vertically, or horizontally.
July 4, 2025 at 9:42 PM
people lose site of the real reason they should join this site.
its not cause of the cliques, or the blah blah blah of left or right, woke or unwoke.
the site is just better.

lot of people around these parts forgot the whole problem with mirages and not curating intelligence briefings or whatever bush did.
also, the whole, "absence of evidence is not the evidence of absence" shit we had back then.
finally, a positive proof =/= a negative proof.

I only really have two problems with ICE.
1st, its a new org, with alot of growing pains that I think need to be seriously redressed.
2nd, its debatable if having another coms barrier between things like the FBI, NSA, and/or the CIA is a good thing for immigration or home land security.

I mean, not all shitheads are shitheads for the same reason.

sure, Tom from the park is usually found blacked out on his front lawn most days. often after doing something unholy for some false god. but, aside from that, the dude is pretty chill.

n', tbh, the rituals are sometimes funny as hell.
May 29, 2025 at 1:28 AM
self regulation doesn't mean you won't be swayed into making mistakes.
May 19, 2025 at 11:41 PM
there are seriously people that forget all those little things that happened over the past like 3 years.

like, bruh, you can watch some strung out streamer say a single freaking word to a rando on twitter and change an entire discourse.
or a famous greentext meme change huge swatches of the net.
May 19, 2025 at 11:22 PM
I mean, it is a correct assessment of those two groups.

the ven diagram of anarco capitalists, and MLs who think the only reason their life isn't better, is because some spooky middle man is taking their money and somehow controlling their actions, well it is almost a circle.
May 19, 2025 at 10:54 PM
to your point, a large organism can be unwieldly. but not all things orchestrated are malicious, or even harmful. sometimes, its even necessary to maintain agreements made.
May 19, 2025 at 9:53 PM
transient things are transient. as there are things you should probably all be roughly in agreement on, group think is likely not always bad.
what is more important is that you have the leverage to change what the current group think is when things get bad, or get bad results.
May 19, 2025 at 9:40 PM
as much as I like the 17th amendment. admittedly, there is a world where, local legislators having a larger lever and being more accountable, causes more things to get done.

the question, is if those things are good. and, IDK about that.
May 18, 2025 at 4:39 AM
your first mistake, assuming they were not lying about the sex equipment to make it more G rated.
May 18, 2025 at 4:29 AM
the wizard stuff, just a clever front.

one that even the author doesn't truly understand.
May 18, 2025 at 4:23 AM
tbf, you have an almost guaranteed 1 hit KO that one assumes goes through body armor.

though, maybe a hot take, I think people got the wrong idea about hogwarts.

its not a school for wizards, its a school for assassins.
May 18, 2025 at 4:19 AM
and while it may not be explicit, it can still be implied though acts. and probably proclamations.
May 9, 2025 at 4:27 AM
to put it another way.

in story telling, I may ask you to consider the following, without expecting an answer to be a fore gone conclusion. but, rather, dependent on an initial set of conditions. your conclusion would follow thus. and so, the argument against the former is immaterial.
May 9, 2025 at 4:21 AM
is that because there are no politics, or that you don't take them seriously?

because I might argue that there is no argument against a political message. such that, anything can be taken as a political stance, no mater how minor.
May 9, 2025 at 4:14 AM
IDK why it cant be both.
there are political messages in things that don't ask you to take them seriously.
like, take it or leave it doesn't really mean it isn't there. n' we can probably agree that its not that important, and still argue about what the politics are.
May 9, 2025 at 12:46 AM
I mean. star wars was political in the same way super man was apolitical.

people that call a thing political, when what they mean to say is, "this thing is politics I don't like".

which, is fair, I personally detest court politics, but that doesn't mean things other than court politics dont exist.
May 9, 2025 at 12:40 AM
the fact that everyone is acting like a 5 year old child over "working class" implying some kind of menial labor are pretty much proving the point will is making.

its a pretty garbage distinction.
April 25, 2025 at 7:04 PM
be careful you don't set your expectations too low, somebody might just meet them.

basing what America is by what it could have been is probably a really bad idea.
