Is the QoL in the US really that much better than most other countries? Life here just feels like a hopeless grind, always one breath away from abject poverty.

I didn't succeed this first time, but a new opportunity came up today and I am trying again! This time I am asking for advice from other people who have been in the same situation and trying to learn from their expertise! I'm not in this alone!

I want to do theater and not worry about the rest. I want to travel and see more of the world and feel less... stuck. I want to feel like I'm doing something with my life besides chipping away at debt.

I know I have it better than so many people and I'm trying to be thankful, but I also feel lost.
