We did documentary research and oral history interviews with really amazing people who told us what it was like to be Jewish at PC in the 1930s to the 1960s. Their stories were amazing and clips of the interviews are in the documentary we made: library-exhibits.providence.edu/s/sons-of-pr...

The project covered the years 1917-1965, the year of the foundation of the college up to Vatican II. The focus was on the admission and experiences of Jews from RI and southeastern MA at the newly opened Catholic liberal arts college administered by the Dominican order.
