use of force rules aside: common sense should really dictate that unless someone is a continuing active threat with their vehicle, you should not under any circumstances make their moving vehicle into an uncontrolled moving vehicle

this isn't anything terribly new or shocking, but it suddenly hit me just how much time we waste in lines and on hold nowadays because of companies "efficiently" paring their customer service staff to below-minimum in the last couple decades

it says something not great about the state of governance in this country, that one of my state legislators is about to waste everyone's time on legislation to "fix" daycare fraud, based on some sketchy Youtube video from halfway across the country making questionable allegations
