No gods, no kings, only trains!
You're assuming that being anti-immigration with leftist aesthetics isn't an electorally limited position. You're not going to convince the large group of people who are in it for the xenophobia and you are going to alienate others.

Can't wait for Series F

It's hard to make this distinction morally and ideologically from a leftist perspective. In the end you have to arrive at some kind of "blood and soil" justification.

Well, immigrants are for the most parts workers too and I don't see how restricting immigration improves their bargaining power.
January 7, 2026 at 11:23 AM
Well, immigrants can pay taxes for infrastructure only after they immigrated, but there are workarounds for that.
January 7, 2026 at 8:01 AM
Yeah, the fact that a lot of rich countries seemingly forgot how to build infrastructure effectively definitely doesn't help.

There is no locker small enough to shove this fuckwit into.
January 6, 2026 at 5:28 PM
For better and worse in politics self interest is a more powerful motivator (immigration will benefit us), than altruism (these people need help) or general moral stances (the world would be a better place if people could move freely to a better life).
January 6, 2026 at 12:43 PM
The main problem is not being US-centric, it's making stuff up about people's motivations. And you're still doing that.
January 5, 2026 at 8:51 AM
"or AI hate"
The problem with your theory here is that lot of so called "AI haters" are not from US. You're not emphatizing, you are making up a patronizing fairy tale of others' motivations.

"Gemini-powered AI Vision to track inventory"

That's like using a sledgehammer to kill a fly.

Parasite killing its host.

Have I tried all of: Googo4.69, GoogoAbulus1.23, GPT5o.xo1beta, Dank1.1, Dankier1.12 + all of the Chinese and local models? No, I am but one man.
January 4, 2026 at 7:07 PM
If you tell me "v1 sucks, v2 is great" and few months later "v2 sucks, v3 is great" I'm going to look at you funny.
January 4, 2026 at 6:56 PM
It's often used to deflect criticism. "The old model sucked, I agree. But the new one is much better, honest!" For every goddamn new version. Hard to take it seriously then.
January 4, 2026 at 5:55 PM
I am not your buddy, goodbye.
January 4, 2026 at 3:54 PM
So your grand proclamations are based on one issue. OK then. Thanks for your time to write this, but don't waste any more of it.
January 4, 2026 at 2:15 PM
This too, with different model names and version numbers.
January 4, 2026 at 1:04 PM
I have heard the exact shit every two months for the last three or so years.
January 4, 2026 at 8:50 AM
"You must be prompting it wrong" is not the novel insight you think it is.

I like the colorful livery. Definitely brightens up some of the dark stations /sarc

You don't get it. US bad. That means everyone the US supports also bad. Also means everyone who opposes US good.
I'm a very independent thinker.
January 3, 2026 at 11:33 AM
I have a completely opposite experience. Had an almost decade old T14 work laptop that only got replaced because it couldn't support Windows 11.
