Kind of terrifying to watch the United States slip into fascism. If other countries were arresting judges, deporting citizens and mass firing federal workers, we would consider them under authoritarian rule. How did a majority of Americans vote for this?

I can’t imagine not taking your pets with you when you evacuate… they are my most valuable possession. I could replace everything else but not them.

If anyone has advice for fire safety - this is my roommate’s and I’s first fire in LA that’s been close enough to be concerning. I have to cats and I’m currently out of town. Any advice is appreciated, thank you!
