I just watched a video from @meidastouch.com showing videos of the Trump regimes ICE agents (if you can call them that) and the horrific violence they commit. It was hard to watch them but I encourage you to. Share with friends and family. This is not America. Fight back in 2026 and take action.

So if they’re doing nothing wrong, then why are they destroying cameras? Seems like they want to hide their actions.
ICE GOONS in Burbank have been seen tearing down cameras, breaking doors, and shattering windows at a restaurant.

This week I had a great pace going. Maybe with enough training, I’ll be able to hit that 7:05 mile pace to run Boston someday. Fingers crossed

A much stronger run than I’ve had recently. Considering how long work was today, I’m surprised it turned out this well. Let’s hope I can keep it going.
