I'm curious, if asked, would you participate in the FEMA review panel? Why or why not?

For me, I lack confidence in the process and my time is better spent preparing for change at my local level, where disasters really hurt.

Spring is the typical season for rivers overflow their banks in Western Washington. It's often triggered by the combination of heavy rains and an increase in runoff from melting snow. Never drive through a flooded street as there may collapsed roadway you can't see. buff.ly/2ApOdqr
