Trump threatens to impose "taxes, tariffs, and sanctions" on Russia if it does not negotiate an end to the Ukraine war. But for two years sanctions have not forced Russia to stop the war and there is almost no trade between the US and Russia to put tariffs on in the first place.

Something I have learned about my depression is that momentum is hard to gain. Alcohol is my coping mechanism which is a depressant so it makes my depression worse. Today I promise myself no alcohol.
