I would think this idea was run at least through a simple cost benefit analysis though. If so, it's relevant to consider what that fact sheet looks like on their end? Do they think the backlash cost is low? Do they think think this could make big bucks? Or are they testing a market for even worse?

since it says spell I'm pretty much 100% this doesn't work. My question: Could this allow casting x spells for x!=0? It only checks the mv during casting so if you can choose x!=0 it would factor into the mv for the condition.

I get the idea but I also think that even casuals sometimes get that efficiency is important and his stats make him look even more unefficient then he actually is imo.

Is there any evidence that fevers during pregnancy can cause autism? Like I totally buy that they can affect the fetus but I have never heard any connection to autism.

I disagree. I think some innerseries comparisons are quite interesting. For example link to the past vs ocarina. I think galaxy could be combined for sure though.
