Studied criminal justice & always knew I wanted to work in criminal law. Practiced it for 7+ years & loved it. Left for a while to try civil litigation, but I kept looking for ways to get back into it. Didn’t work out. Instead I moved in-house at an energy company & it’s the best job I’ve ever had.

Here's a 4th Amendment puzzle. This time with an answer.
If you look at a search warrant, the warrant *commands* the officer to execute it. That's weird, if you think about it. The officer doesn't have to execute it, and in some cases, is forbidden to (if PC was lost).
