Cycling is good for knees, and low impact. Hip strengthening will also benefit your knees. Single leg squats, lunges, standing hip drop, and banded clamshells can be a start. Weak hips often lead to our knees overcompensating. But I recommend seeing a physio so they can assess what your problem is.

Poor wee monster. I’m glad she will recover. A few days rest, and she’ll be back to her usual tricks hopefully. It’s bloody scary when cats get attacked by dogs.

It’s definitely not something he would ever discuss with his father. My son is autistic, so he has a different approach to life than a lot of kids. I told him it was his body, so his choice, and what he could do if he does want to maintain it.
