My kidney blood work is also randomly abnormal sometimes, usually when I’m going through a period of being unwell and I’m not sure how to get my providers to look into it.

They told me to go to the ER next time it happens. How do I ask them to check lactase, kidneys, and blood gas without them thinking I’m just a hypochondriac?

This was AFTER the muscle burning stopped and my levels were borderline high (1.9). I asked if I should get my levels checked again when my muscles are actively burning and got no response 😐

Basically I eat a mildly radioactive breakfast and get my stomach x-ray’d to see how long it takes for everything to leave my stomach
