I hope they don't do that with anyone else's Crunchyroll orders. That's a bad, bad, bad way to do business.

Another problem I had was an episode on Disc 1 freezing. Crunchyroll sent me a replacement disc. The disc was only wrapped in a napkin and brown packaging paper, along with your standard DVDs packaging! No disc envelope! Thankfully, the disc doesn't freeze. Can't believe this incompetence!
