I mask and use mini Far UVC lights plus Enovid antiviral nasal spray and blis ENT K12 lozenges. Last big plane I was on was newer and did not have the air nozzles at each seat so no way to control direction of air flow. Also monitor CO2 with Aranet4.

All I know is oral estradiol (Estrace) can thicken bile and cause gallstones/gall bladder disease. I had gallstones within a year on Estrace and needed my gall bladder removed within 18 months. Been on transdermal estradiol ever since and believe I could have avoided the problem but for oral Rx.
