I respectfully disagree with the jury’s verdict in the Judge Hannah Dugan case.

The trial evidence showed that Judge Dugan did not obstruct ICE agents from arresting an undocumented immigrant.

Let’s see what happens on appeal. Meanwhile, our support for Judge Dugan continues.

For those asking about sentencing, the 1505 charge carries a 5-year maximum, but Judge Dugan's guideline sentence will be much lower, because she's a first-time offender & there are mitigating factors. And of course, there will be an appeal before the conviction becomes final.

Speaking ill of the dead is controversial, particularly when it was a violent death. It’s edgy; it’s sensitive; best avoided in most cases, etc.

Baselessly making another person’s murder *about yourself,* and then approving of it, is a different thing. That is delusional, narcissistic, sociopathic.

They had an outside reading area.

What I wouldn’t give to be there right now, with a nice hot coffee and an obscure graphic novel I’m surprised they had.
