I really don't understand what the supreme court needs to hear the case for. The 14th amendment seems pretty clear to me. Undocumented aliens are definitely subject to the jurisdiction of the US while they're here. So are the children born to them.

Regardless of how this goes in TN tonight it's a huge loss for the orange queen. He won that district by 22%. If his handpicked candidate can't do better than a couple of points difference, it's a bad sign for the fascists in the mid terms.
