I've definitely seen some sentiment change about the long term viability of MCP after this launch. It's going to be interesting to see what happens. Obviously a community project would be ideal, but folks are gonna choose the thing that works

Neat. When I had a pixel there used to be messages.google.com for SMS, but it was a little janky. Curious to see if this is much better.

that being said, I'm also shocked there were no issues because free alcohol and roller coasters seemed pretty risky
