Another rage as resistance shitty first draft poem I wrote this morning. My daughter is brilliant and will be 6 this month. I can’t believe I get to be her mom. 🖤 While the world burns around us, she is number 1. She will always know we love her and support her. Always.

My kiddo’s fever finally broke, our strays all survived the cold plunge in the home I set up for them, one of them had babies in there (🙃), our pipes are okay, we didn’t lose power, I’m congested and coughing, and my hand tattoo has dropped out so much (😔) but we’re warm and we’re together today 🖤

I’m doing all I can to log off everything tomorrow. 4 years ago, I watched the inauguration with my toddler. This year, my almost 6year old and I will spend it baking and winter weather prepping. We can still have glimmers in the darkness. We need to hold on to them fiercely ✊🏼🖤✨

Inner wrist hurts a lot in parts, but overall not as bad as collarbone, I’d say. Outer wrist felt more like scratching on the skin than nerve level pain.
I think this is where you mean? (But I have my whole forearm and outer arm done. Planning inner), that’s Henry Catvill, he’s a handsome boy.

Best lockdown purchase ever. Color saturation isn’t up. It’s a normal camera setting under fluorescent lighting in a waiting area. They’re so pretty 😍 got them in 2020 and only started using them in 2022, sparingly since. 🖤

This is only the first half of the video I posted elsewhere. Essentially, rest if you can bc your body will force you to if you don’t. I’ll be teaching 6 ENGL 1302 classes. My prep starts next week. For now, reading, resting, and chillin before Spring semester insanity. 🖤
