But it's not over yet!

Now we need as many people as possible to write to the Scottish Government and tell them to change this decision.

The practice nurses can now see more patients for the other cases they have to deal with meaning more patients are seen. Another improvement.

That, imo, is an improvement. Also we now have, due to the pandemic, a dedicated vaccination centre. So instead of the hospital delivering vaccines to each GP practice, they deliver only to the vaccination centre. This saves time, money and free's up the practice nurses time.

Also, telephone consultations started due to the pandemic, but my GP practice have kept it in place because it works. If the GP needs to see me, they will give me a time to go to the practice but 9 times out of ten that is not required and they can help more patients this way.

I feel I should add, just in case anyone thinks different, if a patient is transferred from saying Highlands to Glasgow, Highlands health board cover the cost of treatment, it does not take away from patients registered in Glasgow.

Our SNHS IS the best in the UK and the figures keep confirming that. There will always be room for improvement and each health board work hard on improvements daily. There's a special place in hell for the likes of Baillie and her lies!

I'm smart enough to realise that different health boards have different issues they have to deal with, but they work together when needed for complex cases, I've known patients from the Highlands transferred to Glasgow for example.
