Concluding my visit to Memphis, I do not believe that deploying military personnel is the most effective approach. Based on my observations this year, a more impactful strategy would involve supporting local residents in establishing their own businesses, potentially utilizing vacant properties.

We often assume we have endless tomorrows, delaying our dreams & believing time is guaranteed. However, 1 day, there won't be a "next year" for the plans we've continually put off.
