I want to write up a more detailed post (probably for my blog, which I also need to do some updates on) soon detailing all the features I’ve added and the steps I had to take to figure out how to make features like FD MealPlanner integration work.

TigerDine is only really useful to RIT students […]

After investigating how #rcs actually works on iOS, I stand by this conclusion.

Turns out, it uses _App Attest_ to prove that you're on a legitimate iOS device, just like how the Android implementation requires Play Integrity.

Does anyone know of any good ways to handle `tun` interfaces on Linux/macOS?

This is my attempt, but it's a bit hacky...
https://github.com/JJTech0130/pyimsclient/blob/main/ipsec/tun.py

[Ideally in Python, without depending on libraries. Don't really care about Windows support]

@zhuowei I've been looking into cellular stuff recently... and I think it might be possible to grant a sideloaded Android app permission to do EAP-AKA?

Which should mean you can exfiltrate that and setup VoWiFi on your own?

Currently reversing the #sercomm SCE4255W "femtocell" LTE base station.

Looks like it is based on Qualcomm's FSM9955, running Linux.

Anyone have any ideas for getting a copy of the firmware update?

macOS Tahoe UI has a HUGE new feature for folks like me who have 24/7 Mac Minis running and access them remotely: you can now type the boot password remotely via SSH!

Power on the Mac, then SSH to it. A simple SSH server will handle your request. Typing the […]

Did you know your MacBook has a sensor that knows the exact angle of the screen hinge?

It’s not exposed as a public API, but I figured out a way to read it and make it sound like an old wooden door.

Source code and a downloadable app to try it yourself […]

This is a really great blog post about setting up your own LTE network using old FreedomFi/Helium hardware

Legal in the US thanks to the #cbrs band

Currently trying to add #nxp #s32g2 support to #qemu ...
Any tips for QEMU development?

(Basing it on the i.MX8mp implementation from last year, so hopefully it should be somewhat similar)

Today I discovered that you _probably_ shouldn't use `flock(2)` on #ios (or macOS); you're liable to be killed with the dreaded `0xdead10cc` error _even if you aren't holding any locks_
