Anyways I’m in the gym now and everytime I leave the gym I wish I did more of a serious workout so I gotta start doing reps til failure or take longer breaks between sets to recover a lil bit more stamina

Defund the police because they don’t protect and serve. I believe it all has to be said because they won’t change if they don’t think they have place to go. I think that a lot of conversation ends with just “I don’t want that” but what else are they supposed to do?
