Is AI inherently bad? Of course not.

The question is: WHO controls it & for what purpose?

Does anyone believe that the richest people on Earth are investing hundreds of billions in AI to improve life for ordinary people, eliminate poverty & solve global warming?

I doubt it.

David Brooks, a conservative columnist speaks about the amount of people who have died directly as a result of cuts to USAID by Doge.

Over 55,000 adults, 6,000 children just from AIDS. That’s a total of 300,000 who have died due to Doge’s cuts.

It’s only been four months.

rather were “addressed as [EmployeeFirstName][EmployeeLastName], [Job Title],
[Division].”

Remember when tech used to be an interesting pursuit and not a thin veneer over an attempt to overthrow democracy? Pepperidge Farm remembers.
