There's an activist group that consistently protest there, "La Resistencia". They take donations to help the detainees buy food and essentials at the commissary in there. The food is atrocious I guess.

I protested there once.There are weekly protests, but not sure how much good they are doing.It's so far out of view public would never see it.People inside barely get fed, & I heard of a pregnant woman that couldn't get any medical care. Money is donated to detainees to buy food at store inside.

WOW!!!! My local FredMeyer store AKA Kroger had frozen turkeys on sale for 59cents a lb. And I didn't have to spend a certain amount to get that price. Maybe they were left from last year. We shall see if it turns out well. Costco had them at 89 cents a lb.

Wow, that's a lot of surgeries. I've had a few but you beat me for sure. I'm just glad the cancers are over with for us. And yes, indeed we are survivors.

Indeed it is a privilege. It's not easy as we watch our bodies do what they do, but it beats the alternative. 2 X cancer survivor here.

Yet there was a grounds keeper person that said he saw Clinton there but at that time there were no girls on the island. The groundskeeper quit when he realized what went on there. So I believe him.
