I had a bit of a health scare early in the month (my Apple Watch said it saw signs of hypertension which my physician assured me was not the case) so I thought I’d finally get off my butt and start exercising. 23 consecutive days closing my rings (with two skipped days from illness). Not bad!

A new tool to try out in the pursuit of perfectly polished dice: a vibratory polisher filled with 3 mm ceramic balls. You can see some junk masters in the medium. It’s not quiet, and it’s not a fast process, but hand polishing takes a significant toll on my wrists. Here’s hoping it works!

My artistic attempt of the day. I still feel I have a LOT to learn about how to mix colors, how to mute them appropriately, and how to see a bit more abstractly. But, I’m being creative, and I need to focus on that first.
