I’m not the biggest 90s music fan, but this book was a great read/listen. Thoroughly entertaining and often hilarious. The audio version sounds like Mark Maron riffing on Smashing Pumpkins and Los Del Rio. I didn’t know anything about Stephan Jenkins before this book.Too funny.

Finished this book the other day. The story of Josh Harris was a little meh but pretty good history of the computing world leading up to Web 1.0 and the dotcom crash. Good weird times those were. I have stories.

I don’t know… You had a chance to make an important statement about the existence of UAPs and decided to dress like you’re on your way to undersized vneck night at club paradise on the Jersey shore.

I’m trying to figure out which furry villain ate a bag of Funyuns while I was away. One looks more guilty but one looks like she’s trying hard to look casual.

HDMI Intellivision?? That is truly crazy. This year all I’m asking for is Commodore 64 cologne.

Wow! TLA, Blast Off, Unrest, Hot Pursuit… I have zero excuses this year. Who wants to meet up in Arlington?

They’re not really going to just release all of these files are they? I’m kinda dying to know what the bait and switch or last minute insurmountable hurdle is.

Bunny just wants me to sit here and hold her paw and not go to work. Seems like a decent enough plan.

You can’t hear it but he’s singing a nice rendition of the Ballad of El Goodo here.

My wife and I were trying to recall why we’ve followed this rule so closely all of our lives. I knew it was from a movie. Just remembered was it was.

Anyway I’m gonna wear a Lemonheads T-shirt to see the Lemonheads this weekend.

I’m at this point in life where I tell my wife how much I can’t wait to go get this cortisone shot, and she looks at me like the sad freak I am.

People are pissed about this. Keep this clown out of our stadium.

Finished @bethmacy.bsky.social excellent memoir this morning. Heartbreaking at times, but gave me a lot to think about. Definitely worth adding to your reading list and checking out.

A little brisk out there again this morning.

Finished this one yesterday. Good read and Mike Joyce was surprisingly gracious towards everyone in that band. RIYL The Smiths!

Finally got around to watching the DEVO doc on Netflix. So good it could have made me cry. What an amazing band. Going to bug my family all weekend playing all our devo records.

Bunny had no respect for Daylight Savings Time this morning. She chose to do the morning wake up jump on me at 5:30 as scheduled.

Finished @billjanovitz.bsky.social excellent Cars bio tonight. Great read for music fans. Enjoyed the focus on the band’s songwriting and studio process over the usual salacious personal narratives. Learned some things I didn’t know and gained some appreciation for the Cars.
