For many people, for their entire lives, things have been fine without their participating in politics or, maybe, even voting. They believe it will continue to be like that for them forever. They're too small-minded to realize that things do change.

It seems clear—I think to everyone, now—that a false and illegal invocation of the Insurrection Act is coming before the end of the year. Media outlets should be telling us how they will prepare for this potential Treason. State governments should be telling us. Activists should be developing plans.

People are stupid regarding Puerto Rico. When my Puerto Rican daughter-in-law called her new state of residence to see if her driver's permit from PR could be used to get her license in her new state, the person on the phone said no -- because PR wasn't on the list of "countries with reciprocity." 🙄

Well, we definitely are a country out of control, but I'd apply that sentiment to more of the governing that's going on right now -- you know, the fascism that we're experiencing.

I have a similar background. I know it's virtually impossible. They've been working on next year's rates since June.

Sure. Insurance companies just need -- what, an hour or two?? -- to determine what next year's premiums should be. And then 20 minutes to post it on their website.
