The entire premise of the current administration is that they can cause a massive amount of individual pain while enriching themselves, relying on a combination of complacency, brainwashing and state violence to keep the populace in line. And sure, it might work, but it feels like it underestimates

This cabinet “meeting” is giving me flashbacks to when my dad was in palliative care.

I’m becoming a fan of a 14-team CFP where 11 through 14 have a play-in game to get to the current 12 teams.
In an ideal world, these play-ins replace the conference championship games, but I can’t see anyone in college football being willing to give up the money from those.
