They kind of blend together for me but I think the former - Weible is the guy who "audited" (copied and pasted screenshots) of an EAC audit log they used to narrate the original claim that "machines were tampered with"

The apparent booster of this pdf ("Reviewed - Rick Weible 11/15/2024") is Rick Weible, a rightwing election denier who apparently grifted off of similar conspiracy theories in 2020 -- www.sdnewswatch.org/rick-weible-...
