First time making quail. They're from my flock, so fresh. Roasted in the air fryer for 30min at 390°F. It's similar to duck. I like it. Gotta keep experimenting for sure.
Sides: fried cabbage with carrots and turkey bacon. Mashed potatoes with caramelized onions.

How tf do I get creative again? I think I've been living like an NPC too long. Life has just been work, chores, animals, video games - rinse and repeat ♾️. Every time I open a word doc my brain shuts down. If I try to sew I never get past the sketch phase. Smh.

Also touched snow for the first time yesterday. It was great! My blue eyed son here says that the flavor and crunch is 10/10
