Hip Hop debate in my head. Daytona by Pusha T has been by far my favourite non-Kendrick release over the past few years, but I’m wondering if Let God Sort ‘Em Out by Clipse is actually better. Pusha for me is the only person even competing with Kendrick right now.

Can’t help but think as well intentioned as renaming things like ‘Christmas jumper day’ is well-intentioned, it’s not needed and just plays into reforms hands. In my experience most British Muslims celebrate Christmas anyway.

Watching the Diddy documentary is reminding me of how I’ll never quite get how people can be defence lawyers. I know democracy and justice requires legal representation, but how do you justify working your arse off to prevent awful people getting convicted?

As much as I’m an England fan, watching Mitchell Starc this series has been an absolute joy. Brilliant with the ball then doing this with the bat. What an incredible player. Desperate to see him get his century.

That was frustrating. Awful substitutions at 3-2 down, just allowed St Mirren to get ball after ball into the box. Inevitable they would score one.

Feels like it would be soft, so in a way I’m glad it’s not a penalty, but under the modern football rules those tend to be given as fouls.

Scottish football media really do not hide how much they hate Aberdeen. Second matchday in a row where ours is literally the only one the BBC don’t bother having commentary for.

Quietly happy with this. Karlsson is obviously a brilliant player but I think he’s more concerned with trying the spectacular rather than passing to a player with a better chance.

These end of year music lists do make me think that music critics live in a different musical universe to the general public. I reckon if you asked the average person on the street they won’t know half of the artists music critics are championing this year.
