I used to search Pubmed NOT Medline[sb] until I found out about Medline-ALL in Ovid.

Had a natural experiment fall in my lap last week. Faculty did a sysrev search in OpenEvidence. Her mentor, a frequent collaborator, said “you need to talk to the librarians,” so now I can go head to head with the machine.
Hope I don’t end up like John Henry.
