If a 100% tariff on goods is effectively the same as an embargo, then a 100% tariff on film/TV is effectively the same as a ban, but without having to muddle into the controversy of words like "censorship".

Scandinavia well represented this week with an abduction mystery and a body horror take on Cinderella.
First monarch caterpillar of the season. Most of my milkweed made it through the winter and look pretty good. Now to keep the caterpillars safe from the lizards and our neighborhood squirrel tree frog.
