With Dye finally gone and replaced with Stephen Lemay, we might just see Apple's design prowess being revived to its former splendor. Let's just give Lemay and his team(s) a bit of time to sort through the current mess and devise a plan forward. (6/7)

I'm absolutely sure that plenty of them were not happy with the direction that things were going, and yet, plenty of them were at the mercy of Alan Dye, the package designer who eventually played the role of Head of Interaction Design in keynote presentations. (3/7)

Just think of all the effort that countless designers, coders, product managers, program managers, marketers, etc. etc. — both at Apple and at third-party software devs large and small — had to put into making their products align with the ill-advised #LiquidGlass. (2/7)
