I used a basic muffin ratio of 2:2:1:1:1 flour:liquid:egg:butter:sugar plus baking powder & soda & salt & individually-placed blueberries. Used a scoop to place. Baked at 375F then cranked to 420F for browning (next time sugar dust and higher temp) maybe 20 min? I forgor.

I am currently running a homemade pop-tart test. Ready-made pie dough, homemade frangipane, 6 different jams.

The jams listed clockwise starting at 10 o'clock: apricot, blueberry (homemade), guava, orange, pear (homemade), strawberry-rose.

They're almost ready now and will not be iced.
