It is rare for military officers to be caught taking bribes. More common is the bribe takes the form of a well paid job after they retire. Record numbers of senior officers have done just that in the past decade.

He does not qualify his statement in any way. He is asserting total protection, which is absurd. He makes another false claim: “We have the most exquisite capabilities on the planet, with a high probability of kill. They do not miss…” Demonstrably untrue.
