Do you know if the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod ever suspended him or removed his credentials? Lying about clerical status would get you booted in other denominations or at minimum disciplined.

maybe it reveals something about the people who would be doing the sacking?
not every church or every hierarchy is good, or modest, or sane.

POTUS can’t pardon state crimes so perhaps line up a gubernatorial pardon first before committing said crimes

That we need to depend on philanthropy instead of just … giving kids schools that work is something. This is down to the GOP state Senate, I would imagine. If Philly had the money they’d do it themselves.
This isn’t a feel good story (good for him). We have a broken system.

No you do not. A pardon works the way it says it does. It’s a myth that you have to admit something or say something or sign something.
People were pardoned for stuff in connection with the Civil Rights Movement. They didn’t admit shit.

I call both their offices at least a few times a year to vent uh ahem express my feelings. About how they should vote, about whether I'm satisfied by their performance, about things they should know about whether they like it or not. Rather than assume they won't listen, I leave them messages.

This is incorrect as a matter of law. Eliminating the 100 mile rule entirely would not prevent ICE nor CBP from operating and detaining in the interior.
Hate them or wish their agency disbanded, but don’t attribute to their efforts what is caused by Congress or the regs.

I saw mention of the campaign account auto following accounts that follow it. That shifts it further.

I would like to put @asgvisalaw.bsky.social in charge of the project of right-sizing Pennsylvania and redoing the state constitution so the Senate can’t hold us all hostage. To free up his time, i recommend that we first Do The Registry Fix so immigration can be easier.

He’s suggesting that people pay for the far superior health insurance that doesn’t exist, because we don’t have laws that create and require it to exist. It’s fine that he’s mad at for-profit health insurance companies. It’s bad that he’s a delusional ignorant narcissist. Worse that he’s in office.

Not a law prof. Definitely in favor of much more liberally imposed sanctions and disciplinary consequences.

The stamp on the envelope was about a month after the certificate. Definite angry emoji territory. If EOIR had contempt power, worth making it a big issue. Not sure it’s worth a disciplinary complaint. Definitely noting it in my opposition.

Or maybe all of them should be stripped of half their rights. Either half. Or alternating weeks for which half they get.
