wanted to get a new phone today. why can i not go up to a counter, point like a toddler, pay, then leave? instead, told to wait 10-30 minutes, can’t without id and then the Apple Store is so over stimulating that i had an anger induced meltdown and left.

no one at the previous company i was with has changed any passwords to any website in over a year, because one game store just logged me straight into the affiliate account and the unprotected spreadsheet is still viewable
