Not particularly moved by the Harbaugh signing. Should bring some stability to the organization. If Monken follows him then that’s great. Still doubt his in game decision making and not a fan of the “CEO” archetype of coaches. It’s a step in the right direction.

4. Todd Monken
5. Kliff Kingsbury
1 & 2 are in their own tier to me. Worth the risk of losing them after 1 year. Also underrated possibility they can take over as interims if things start bad

The tough part with filling the Eagles OC job is you’re not only hoping one of these play callers misses out on a head coaching job but also chooses you over the Detroit job. Feels like there’s similar level talent and much less uncertainty over there.
