Great event with friends from Wales, Scotland (and Liverpool) talking community ownership and where we go next. And not often that you round off a panel discussion with music...
We are in London for our latest Simon Fraser event with @cwmpas.bsky.social @powertochange.org.uk and @tomchance.bsky.social from the Community Land Trust Network and @nationwidefdtn.bsky.social

Was a pleasure to be part of this event and hear insights from community leaders about the powerful impact community land ownership has on social and economic regeneration and biodiversity.

Thanks to the Net Zero, Energy and Transport Committee for inviting me to give evidence on the Land Reform Bill this morning

This is the weakest land reform legislation since devolution - and needs substantive reform if it is to deliver any meaningful change
While areas of the Land Reform Bill are welcome, as currently drafted the Bill won’t make a significant material change.

Our Co-Director @lmacfarlane.bsky.social giving evidence at the Net Zero, Energy and Transport Committee on the need to transform land ownership, governance and use.
