Other behavioral changes, in response to ICE actions, such as drop in LAUSD attendance below projection lead me to believe it's a huge factor in metro ridership declines. Like sure there may an uptick in ridership in response to new or expanded service but that...

I mean, this is coming out of Metro's Extraordinary Innovation office. Metro isn't funding nor operating it.
It's perfectly fine for what it is and doesn't preclude actual public agency led transit solutions to Dodger stadium traffic.

Part of the issue is that banks are not holding mortgages for >1yr after underwriting. They're largely in the biz of collecting fees then off loading the loans for syndication. If it's not a confirming loan requirement, there's not much incentive for a bank to change their origination process.

Yeah, people are just being reflexively anti-tech in this thread. I take then all the time in LA. I assure you, they can handle twin cities traffic just fine.
