It is very unwelcome to say this about America’s most popular sport, especially here, in America’s best sports town, home of the defending champion Eagles.

Many media outlets hid the full truth of Trump -- his background in organized crime, his Epstein ties -- out of fear, only to be obliterated by him in the end. Had they not self-censored then, they might not be state-censored now. When you hide the truth, you face the consequences.

When the writer I hired, Jamal Khashoggi was murdered by Saudi Arabia, they paraded me around as a symbol for press freedom.
I put MY LIFE on the line to defend journalism and WaPo.

Trump's licensed to sell real estate in New York. His real estate is used to launder Eastern European and Middle East oligarch money, which is illegal. New York could have shut him down 40 years ago, but they don't want to lose the property tax money. Pull Trump's license now.
