You need to listen to the recent Guardian interview - he's very keen to talk down our nuclear deterrent as untested (last 10 years) and subject to US control. I guess you have to believe that the Greens wouldn't unilaterally disarm if they had the chance but it sounds to me like they would.

I agree with all of that but unfortunately nukes exist and unilateral nuclear disarmament makes no sense to me

By the way ….in the event that the USA seized Greenland by military force….i think I’d support closing US military bases in the UK. I’d cetainly be open to persuasion .
That doesn’t mean your defence strategy for the UK isn’t a complete shambles.
