This is why the playoff is terrible. Win your conference win your bowl game. Argue about the final polls. It worked for 100 years
Ohio State-Indiana is by many measures among the top three Biggest Games Of All Time but the playoff has eliminated so many of the consequences of losing that I don't think it will ever feel that way
