I wrote a TTRPG, last summer, that I was really proud of. I was disappointed that the main feedback I got from play-testers was, “this should be a board game instead.” But, after a year on the shelf, I’m dusting it off and converting it to a board game. So far, I think my play-testers were right!

I’ve not worked on my next game in a few weeks. I’ve been stressed and scared and exhausted, and I convinced myself that designing games was frivolous. But people need places to escape from the same stress and fear and exhaustion I’ve been feeling, so I start working on my next project again tonight

Just published my first solo journaling ttrpg! You play the last surviving member of an adventuring party, slowly making your way home after being defeated. It can be equal parts wonderous and bleak.
