Two U.S. Navy aviators ejected safely from an F/A-18 fighter jet over the Red Sea early Dec. 22 after an apparent case of friendly fire involving the USS Gettysburg, @CENTCOM says in statement tonight.
Both aviators safely recovered, one with reported minor injuries.
