Of course @weisenthal.bsky.social gets it right. Once things settle down and explanations emerge about the real meaning of the policy-by-tweet, we'll try and determine what's up. Markets clearly do impact the Admin. If they turn out not to like 10%+China, we'll see how long that lasts.

Minority Leader Schumer speaking live on Senate floor re: the ICC - apparently flipping Head Start and Medicaid off, not as unprecedented or big deal as some are saying. We'll get to it after we invoke cloture on some ICC bill.

This was like 48 hours ago. But what is being warned against is exactly what actually happened. Rather than focus on "will they be primaried" - it's, to me, more of a question of - will House GOP members care more about these statements of intent after 1/20/25?
