Yes it was a popular event (94). The circumstances now are very different and the US government is cooling the market for tickets by acting like the Stazi. If I were a fan intending to travel but not yet committed, I’d be re-evaluating the cost / benefit.

The problem is that her government has made it practically impossible to rejoin the EU in (certainly) my lifetime. The establishment of Freeport’s, SEZs and FEZs which they have expedited, means we are extremely unlikely to be able to for a number of reasons.

Believe me, plenty of people do. I spend quite a lot of time in pubs, clubs, restaurants and dance halls (for professional reasons) and it’s depressingly common to see GBeebies on the TVs in many venues. It’s the UK’s Fox News only better funded.
