Same here Neil. Too many past incidents.

I did it to access DMs.
Rather than feeling safe online, now feel exposed and used.
Won't be 'verifying' for anyone else going forward.

The speed with which they screened my face was disappointing, no query, just yep that's an old, old face!
They claim to delete any scan after verification.
This does feel like the thin end of a very intrusive wedge.

Two weeks later I roll back to the stable version of Android 16.
The Android 16 QPR Beta 2 broke the charge to 80% battery feature.
There were a few other things that didn't seem quite right either so back to a non transparent UI for me.
